DETAILS:

345 Art Gallery is a place for artists, Chicago Public School students and others to create and display their art. The multi-purpose space is housed in a former storefront church. Owner Corry Williams saw the building as an opportunity to create community and offer arts programming for youth. The gallery regularly partners with schools and local organizations to bring educational art-centric programming to children. It also hosts painting events that give adults an opportunity to build relationships and express themselves through the arts. A major expansion of the gallery into an adjacent vacant space was completed in recent years.
