DETAILS:

Designed by celebrated New York-based architecture firm Diller Scofidio + Renfro, the David Rubenstein Forum is a LEED-Gold certified venue for intellectual, social and, academic exchange. It was designed to host events that promote inquiry, scholarly collaboration, and the open exchange of ideas. The 90,000-square-foot venue provides the University of Chicago campus with much-needed flexible meeting and event spaces for social events, workshops, symposia and lectures. It was named in honor of Trustee and alumnus David M. Rubenstein, JD’73, in recognition of his ongoing generosity to the University.
