NOTICE: THIS SITE IS CLOSED AND WILL NOT BE PART OF OHC 2025. Originally built in 1905 to house the Boston Company department store, 1 North Dearborn has undergone extensive renovations to modernize its offices and amenities. The crowning feature is the building’s rooftop deck: impressive in scope, it features a bar, fireplace, lounge, vegetable garden, beehives, and sweeping skyline views. A mural pays homage to the building’s original tenant.
