Arts in the Dark Parade Crafts and Fun

After you take in the architecture of Harold Washington Library Center, swoop into the lobby for crafts and fun before heading out to the Arts in the Dark Parade.   Make your own “Trick or Tote” bag with glow in the dark vinyl decals. Customize and design your own mask with sequins and feathers. For our younger crafters, visit the Thomas Hughes Children’s Library on the 2nd floor. The Create Cart will be supplied with glow in the dark materials and a mask making activity. All available while supplies last.
